The Employment Law Group® (TELG) is a practice focused on protecting the ability of our clients to make a living. Other than health care, it is our belief that employment issues have the greatest potential to impact our ability to enjoy "life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness".

We firmly believe that no employee should work in an environment where harassment is accepted, or where people are judged based on age, race, or religious affiliation.

TELG is unlike any so-called "employment law group" working in the Washington DC area.

First and foremost, we only practice employment law. Second, we don't hesitate to represent any client, even when the defendant is the Federal Government. Third, we're proud to help protect the whistle blowers who have chosen to risk their careers to do the right thing for the people of America. Lastly, we take on clients based on the legitimacy of their legal complaint, as opposed to the size of their potential settlement.

The Employment Law Group® is a team of attorneys who work together to fight for the little guys. We spend the vast majority of our time fighting against government agencies and large corporations, and our experience helps victims of employer abuses to level the playing field.
